Advertisement Content
The content on the Emddad website originates from users and registered members of Emddad; therefore, Emddad assumes no responsibility for the added content, and users bear all responsibility. Emddad plays a supervisory role over the advertisements and content added by users in two ways: before addition (not all advertisements are included) as some advertisements only appear on the site with the approval of the site management, and the second type is after addition, where advertisements appear on the site and are monitored and corrected if necessary. Therefore, members are not allowed to publish advertisements with content that violates the content policy of the Emddad website, whether on the electronic site or on social media pages. Such advertisements will be deleted immediately by the site administrators. Examples include, but are not limited to:
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy considers Emddad as an intermediary in providing financing services, where its role is limited to obtaining the approval of the financing party for the financing request submitted by the client wishing to obtain a vehicle under a leasing system. The client has the right to change their mind after obtaining approval at any time unless they sign a financing contract with the financing entity.
Service Delivery Policy
We obtain approval or rejection of the financing request submitted by the client and deliver it to the client via communication channels, either by phone or email.
Disclaimer Policy
At Emddad, we do not bear any consequences arising from providing mediation in financing services. All consequences are determined according to the contract concluded between the client and the financing entity, and Emddad is not a party to this agreement.

Duplicate Advertisements
Duplicate advertisements are not allowed; an advertisement may not be repeated more than once. Instead, it can be reposted. Duplicate memberships are also not permitted; a member may not hold more than one membership. New memberships will be deleted, and the older one will remain, as confirmed by the content monitoring team, followed by disabling the new ones.
- Fraudulent Advertisements: Such as fake car advertisements aimed at scamming website users, which will be verified by the content monitoring team and subsequently disabled.
- Advertisements Proven to Violate: Advertisements reported by other users or proven to annoy other users will be verified by the content monitoring team and then disabled.
- Advertisements for Junk or Non-registered Vehicles: Such as advertisements for old cars that are no longer valid or have expired registration. These are not allowed, and the law penalizes possession or trade of them.
- Unclear Advertisements: Advertisements that have no relevance to the purpose for which vehicles were created, such as requests for financial assistance or defamation advertisements aimed at harming individuals or companies.
- Requests for Financial Assistance: Such as loans that require sending money in advance.
- Regular Advertisements with External Links: Where part of the advertisement specifications is found on a Facebook link or external link, and part of the specifications is copied from the Facebook page or external link into the advertisement, deleting the link.
- International Advertisements for Cars Outside Saudi Arabia.
Safe Dealing Tips
Tips to Identify Suspicious Advertisements:
- Do Not Send Money: Advertisers with dubious intent often request electronic transfers (or part of the total amount).
- Ad Format and Language Errors: Dubious advertisers often come from non-Arabic backgrounds and resort to translating advertisements into Arabic, making them appear strange.
- Product Images: Fraudsters commonly use images from the internet, as they do not have actual vehicles.
- Unrealistic Attractive Offers: Dubious advertisers often post offer that seem too good to be true, such as cars in excellent condition for half the price due to urgent travel needs. Exercise caution when dealing with such advertisers.
- Verify Product Pricing: Dubious advertisers usually set illogical prices to attract buyers and scam them. Check the average price of the product you wish to purchase.
- Completing the Transaction: Inspect the vehicles you wish to buy thoroughly to ensure their safety, and verify documentation if necessary.
